I didn't expect much from this visit, planned to lighten the children's visit to Lisbon, I must say I totally changed my mind, because it is really worth it, the history of the club is incredible, the organization very good, the stadium very nice, the museum really deserves, on the third floor play area gives vent to the children's energy. Commercial part minimal but well organized. Restaurant 3rd ring to recommend for value for money really good, very nice staff. I really recommend it for those who do several days in Lisbon also to disconnect from the tourist chaos of the center.

It's well worth the visit. Soccer fans will certainly appreciate it 👌 Long queue outside. Better to try and get here when it opens. But once inside, on a self-guided tour, it's so big and impressive that it feels empty! We have some great memories with Victoiria the mascot! The museum is equally impressive.

Well, my son was very happy, but instead of the Museum we only saw the 360 stadium with the gift of the scarf. I didn't claim anything because I didn't remember 100% what I took but I looked at it later and the museum was missing.

Although it says that it is essential to bring printed tickets, they print them upon arrival. And the attention at all times has been great.

Great experience, self guided tour. Great to see the eagles and get up close to the field. Going through the locker room gave us the real feeling of being a Benfica player. Forca Benfica! 🇵🇹

It was good to see the stadium. I just wish we could've seen all of the facility, locker rooms, the basketball court, eagle, etc.

It was a great experience. You could explore the stadium on your own and you got to see everything you wanted to see.

My Portuganephew was traveling with me in Portugal as a graduation present for him. He is an avid sports fan of all types of sports. We were disappointed that there were no games in Lisbon when we were there. Fortunately, we found the tour of Benfica Stadium and booked it. What a wonderfully organized and thorough tour of The stadium and background. We especially enjoyed the chance to see the eagle mascots up close and to tour all around the amazing stadium. We added the tour of the museum as well when we finished the stadium tour. It was also so well organized, and well done. My nephew was very pleased and surprised to be able to have this experience in place of actually getting to see a game.

I bought a family ticket and at the entrance, the person who greeted me handed me only 1 scarf, but nowhere did it say that I wouldn't be entitled to 4, which was the number of people my ticket covered. Not only that, but on entering I saw the stadium completely under renovation, with no grass at all, a real disappointment! A renovation of this magnitude needs to be communicated before tickets are bought, so that people can decide if they want to visit anyway. I felt doubly wronged!

Great self-service tour, which gives you the freedom to move around the stadium in your own time. The stadium is very well looked after. Explosions can be requested from anyone during the tour.

Amazing experience as it was my first time visiting a football stadium in Europe. The stadium was clean, the visit was long (thorough), and everything was well organized.

The Benfica team was very friendly. Unfortunately, for organizational reasons, some program items had to be cancelled (pitch, eagles, 3D glasses, home booths). We also didn't like the photo opportunity (no costs were communicated beforehand). Before leaving the tour, a very expensive album and individual photos were offered for sale, which ultimately ended up in the trash. What a pity. Given the price of the tour, a photo would have been a nice souvenir for visitors, but at no extra cost.

The complete tour is nice, but the pictures are overpriced. 40 euro for couple of pictures and additional 20 euros for other pictures. Overall good experience

My experience was NON existent!! I turned up to the stadium to be pointed around here there and everywhere by security and finally being told NO tour available as the stadium was closed due to a concert! I have called and spoken to sameer at Headout who is in the process of arranging a refund. Absolutely gutted and very cross that this breakdown in communication has happened. One very very unhappy mother and son a complete disaster end to our break away.

The event was cancelled and you did not warn us in advance. We travelled specifically from England and it was a complete disaster. To compound matters you have refunded only half of my money for an event that never took place which is appalling. I demand my full money back and added compensation for the inconvenience. Our sole purpose of the trip from England was to visit the stadium and we have been badly let down

Hi Attended the stadium today and due to a major event planned inside the stadium we could not do the stadium + meal which was part of the ticket. Are we able to get a partial refund? Regards Edgar

My guide was bored out of his mind. He spoke as if reading a science text book and showed zero enthusiasm. Even the small kids who were excited at the beginning of the tour lost their spark by the end of the tour. I've been to multiple stadium tours around Europe and this is by far the worst one. I would not recommend. Try Sporting or Porto.

Very nice place but exhausting line! For the experience with headout everything ok. Ease of purchase , ease of use.

The tickets were easy to purchase on line through this site. The Jeronimous monastery is worth the visit. This intricate, stunning architecture is incredible to see close up.

The visit was assolutely amazing, worth waiting in a line for a while. Buying the entrance at 9:30 was the perfect choiche, allowing us also a smooth entrance to the church afterwards.

Although the line scared us at first, it didn't take more than 15 min to get in. It is ,however, a bit strange that on the way out you have to queue again to get into the church. Anyway, the organization is good and a "brisk" flow of visitors is maintained.

Very long, interminable queue.... for a 20-minute tour of a small cloister with no explanation! Very expensive 40€ for 2! Otherwise very pretty, but not worth 20€ per head.....!

The monastery is beautiful but I thought that once inside you could visit more areas. We could only see the cloister and if you wanted to see the church you had to line up again. Also in the email it did not specify that you had to download the app to get the qr. They should send it by email. Once we got to the entrance after the line, we had to leave to download the app and go back in.

Everything went smoothly. The only downside was the 1-hour wait in bright sunshine before entering the building, despite advance purchase of tickets.

The monastery is very beautiful and well maintained. We had booked for the afternoon and planned to have lunch there before the visit. When we arrived, there was a long queue in the sunshine. When we returned in the afternoon, we were able to enter almost without waiting.
